1. Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping Areas: We deliver to most locations across the U.S., including all 50 states and U.S. territories. However, some remote areas may have additional delivery timeframes or fees.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. This is our default shipping method for most orders.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
- Priority Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer priority shipping, which will deliver your order within 1 business day (subject to availability and location).
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method, the size, and weight of your order, as well as your location. You will be able to review and select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S. (excluding taxes and additional fees). This offer is valid for standard shipping only and is subject to change based on promotional offers.
4. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped during business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
5. Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days after processing.
- Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1 business day after processing.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, location, and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery, such as weather conditions or holidays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). If you have any issues with tracking your package, feel free to contact us at info@astrohato.com.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions when delivery times are delayed due to:
- Carrier issues (weather, holidays, labor disputes, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- High order volumes during peak seasons
If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with updates on your delivery status.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following locations:
- PO Boxes: We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses.
- International Orders: We do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package is damaged upon arrival or if it does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@astrohato.com. We will request photographic evidence of the damage and work with you to resolve the issue, including issuing a replacement or refund.
- Lost Shipments: If your package is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, we will assist you in filing a claim for a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
10. Return Shipping
For any returns, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that your item reaches us safely.
